1. Store Your Bras Properly. Lay your bras flat in a drawer with the cups lying in the next bra's cups. This storage method will help to maintain the natural shape of the bra.

3. Don’t Wear the Same Bra Every Day. It's best to rotate your bras to give the delicate fabrics time to rest and recover.
4. Replace Your Bras Regularly. Most bras will only last 6-12 months (depending on how frequently they are worn and how they are cared for). After that time, the fabric tends to stretch out. When the band feels loose, it's time for a new bra.
