You can monitor your return status in your account. To do so, log into your account. Once logged in, hover over the "My Account" tab on the top, right of the page. From here, click "My Orders".
This page shows your order history. If you have initiated a return, you will see a link underneath the "View Order" button that says "Track Your Return". This link will take you to a page with all of the tracking information for your order. To view your return tracking, look for the item labeled "USPS Return Delivery Unit".
Please keep in mind that USPS can take 2-3 days to upload tracking information, so if you just dropped the package in the mail today, you may not be able to view the return tracking information for a few days.
Refunds are issued when we receive your return back to our warehouse and we will send you an email at this time to let you know. It can take up to 14 business days, depending on where you are shipping from. Keep in mind, your bank may take a few more business days to post the credit back to your account.
