Can I exchange my order?

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:
  1. Log in to your account: Sign In.
  2. Visit My Orders and click on your order.
  3. At the top of your order page, click “Return or Exchange.”
  4. Fill out your return form, telling us which item(s) you will be exchanging and select the new size.
  5. Be sure to click "Submit".  If the changes are not submitted, any returned items will simply be refunded.
  6. Click “Print Return Label” when you have completed your return form (or use the return label that came with your order), and use it to send back the items to be exchanged, along with any other returns. Drop off at your closest USPS location.
  7. Your exchange order will be processed once your return is received by our warehouse.
EXCHANGE PROCESSING:

You will receive an email notification once your order has been received, inspected and processed at our warehouse, typically within 16-20 business days. At that time, any exchanged items will be processed and the new sizes sent out to you. Exchange items will be sent free of charge with free ground shipping.

Any additional eligible returns sent back for a refund will be processed at that time as well. Your bank may take a few more business days to post the credit back to your account. All refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Store credits refunded will be returned to your account.

Please know that we cannot make exchanges for different colors, only sizes can be exchanged.
