If you need to return any items from your order, please follow these 3 simple steps:
1. Double-check that the items are eligible for return
Final Sale items, partial panty-packs, and panties with a broken seal are not eligible for a return and will not be sent back to you. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and will not be accepted after this period.
2. Fill out your Return Form online
Your return feedback is a very important step that helps us to update your personal shop with new sizes and continue to recommend the best bras for your unique size and shape. The feedback also tells us what you’re keeping and returning, provides you with a chance to write a review, and allows us to provide you with a return label in case yours gets misplaced!
To submit your Return Form, log into your account, and go to "My Orders" under "My Account." For your current order, click the "Return" button, which will take you to your feedback form.
For each item, select whether you’ll be keeping or returning it and provide some fit feedback. Once you hit “Continue” for each item, you can finalize your return by clicking the "Submit" button on the right, below your order summary. This will let our warehouse know which items are coming back.
Note: You will notice that you only have the option to keep Final Sale items.
3. Send back your returns
Once you've finalized your return, use the prepaid return label included in your package to send back any returns you have. If you have misplaced the included return label or need a new one, you’ll be given the option to print a new label after finalizing the return online. Simply affix the return label to the included envelope or the original package and drop your return off at USPS mailbox or postal center.
Once our warehouse receives your return, you'll be refunded in full for all eligible items that you've sent back.
