I'm getting an error message at checkout. Why?

An error message at checkout could mean a few things. Make sure your billing information is correct, including the card number, expiration date, and CVC security code. 

If your card has expired or has an invalid expiration date, it won't go through and you will receive an error message.

If you receive a zip code validation error, we suggest giving your bank a ring to ensure that your zip code wasn't merged, realigned or changed. If you've moved recently, try using your new address as well as your old one. Unfortunately, there is no way for us or our system to override a zip code verification.

If you your PayPal payment is not going through, please contact PayPal directly at 888-221-1161 to resolve any issues with your account.
