How do I close my account?

Need to deactivate your account?

Simply contact our Customer Experience team, they are happy to help. To ensure a quick response, include the email address associated with your account.

Please keep in mind we are not a subscription service, and won't send you anything unless you place an order through the website.

If you have an outstanding order or return, we are not able to deactivate your account until the returns make it back to us.
