Why hasn't my return been processed yet?

Returns can take 2-3 weeks to make their way back to us. We know it seems long, please be patient as USPS delivers your return and our warehouse works hard to process it.

Once we process your returns, you'll receive an email confirmation from us. This email will also include any refunds or charges due at this time. Please allow 3-5 business days for any refunds to post to your account, depending on bank processing time.

Please be aware that by filling out your Return Form, you will help us process your return more quickly and efficiently.

You can track your return online in My Orders.  Please allow 48 hours from the time you dropped off your return for the tracking to update. 

If you've sent back your return over three weeks ago, our Customer Support team is happy to look into your return for you.
