Most orders include a return shipping label for free and easy returns in every order. Be sure to fill out your Return Form and let us know if you are returning anything. Log in to the site, go to My Account > My Orders > and click "View Order".
If you'f like to make a return, click the "Return/Exchange" button then fill out the Return Form by clicking the "Return" button next to the order. Note that the return form cannot be reopened once submitted.
If you need another return label for any reason, click “Print Your Return Label”. Simply affix the label to your return envelope or the shipping box, and leave it for your mail carrier or drop off at any USPS mailbox or post office.
We provide one free return shipping label per order. If you need to make a second return for an order that you have already initiated a return for, you will not be able to print a new shipping label. You are responsible for return shipping and associated charges on any secondary return. To avoid return shipping charges, simply return all order items in the same package with the included pre-paid return shipping label.
