Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. Review and confirm your shipping information, including apartment numbers or company names, prior to placing your order.
We cannot change the shipping address once an order is submitted - even if it's still "processing".
If you're unable to receive your order at the address you provided at checkout, please contact our Customer Support team.
You can always change the shipping address we have on file by updating the information on your "Billing and Shipping" page. This will not affect any orders that have already been placed, but will update the address for all future orders so we can ensure your next order gets to the right place.
